It's Christmas Eve

Morning littlest one!  Mommy and Daddy are in Texas, all your Aunts and Uncles and Other Grandparents will be around you this holiday season! Makes me think of next years holidays and how you will be with all of us!

Mommy was not able to see your doctor, the paperwork was not complete.... so next week you will go and we will see how well your coming along! Mommy feels great, and will enjoy being with her brother and sister for Christmas morning, and of course Daddy.

Morning my littest sunshine, its a wet and cold morning here in Michigan, gammy is having her coffee and looking around on your registry. Text with your mommy yesturday. Her and Daddy were in San Antonio with friends shopping this weekend, and last night i believe it was bowling. All the noise must be interesting.  Today mommy sees her best friend Lindz and i am sure you will get lots of hugs. Thursday, mommy and Daddy go to the doctor to check on how you are doing. Good Morning littlest one

Today is windy and unusually warmer day for Decemeber in Michigan. Gammy is having her coffee and soon will be getting ready to go to work. Papa and i went driving around to look at all the Christmas lights around town, and i can't wait to see your eyes when you see your first Christmas lights! Mommy is with your daddy and Grandma Ortiz and getting ready for Chirstmas in Texas!  Continue to grow and stay healthy, love you

Took me a couple days to regroup littlest one. YOur mommy flew back to Texas to be with your daddy sunday.... she had a bit of a hiccup with her flight, and daddy and your cousin Ray had to wait a bit longer for her to arrive, but she made it! Now you will be with your daddy and Grandma Ortiz and family. I will see you again in a couple months for your arrival!!!!!! Until then, rest and take in all of the nourishment from your mommy, continue to grow and be healthy <3

Morning my littlest sunshine. Mommy and your Pop, Nanny, Aunts and Uncles, are all here for holiday. We have been busy, busy! We are all enjoying seeing you grow!!!!!

26 weeks and your doing good!

Morning littlest one, PaPa is off to work, and i am enjoying quiet time and coffee. Mommy is trying to send me a picture of you and her, but our cells are not communicating : (.  I mailed your mommy a couple packages yesturday so she had clothes to put over you and her to keep warm when here at Gammy's for holiday. 7 more days and you will be enjoying your second trip on an airplane, and Gammy can give you and mommy big hugs! You will be meeting your aunts, uncles, cousins and Nanny and Pop Pop too!  All those different sounds/vibrations will seem "busy" but so important for you too. Rest and keep growing. Love you

Sunday Mornings

Good Morning my littlest one!  Gammy is up enjoying a nice hot cup of coffee after starting a fire in the fireplace, (cold at Gammys)!  PaPa and i had company staying the weekend so had to entertain. ALready this morning, i have pulled out the things i have gotten for you so far and folded and re folded them. Aw so tiny, and can't wait to see you in them and hold you. Mommy and Daddy are still with your other grandma (Debbie) at her house! Off to start my day! Love you

24 Weeks and 4 days!!!

Goodmorning littlest one, gammy was feeling a bit under the weather still so layed around all day in front of the fire. Talked to your mommy yesturday, her and Daddy were on way out to just enjoy their day. Bowling, eating of course, and starbucks for a hot beverage for cold front in Texas. Today they are driving to your Daddys moms house for the weekend. You will hear all kinds of new voices, that is your family! Thinking of you and sending you BIG hugs and lots of kisses,

Goodmorning littlest one! Last night i sent a message to your Daddy's mommy, introducing myself. I hope that we all become a large family together for you, it is so very important!  Your mommy is most likely sleeping sound in Texas, and you are sleeping too as i write this. Morning littlest sunshine, did'nt talk to your mommy yesturday, PaPa and i were busy around the house doing chores, then gammy was in bed by 6pm. Feeling a little under the weather. Now up early and house is quiet. Got confirmation that your mommy and Auntie Alex and Uncle Kyles flights are set for Turkey Day! Hope your mommy is ready for lots of Hugs and kisses and your ready too! You will "hear" gammys voice too for first time. Love you

Today i printed off your mommy's baby registry! Mommy really wants all the great things for you! It was an emotional store visit for Gammy. Gammy cried, just a little though. October 21st

Yesterday you mommy and daddy went to do your gift registry at Target. They spent a couple hours looking at all the pretty things you will need when you come home! Gammy just looked at it, and emailed it to your great Auntie and Auntie and Pop and Nanny! You have alot of special people to meet my littlest sunshine! Gammy is so excited to meet you!

4 1/2 months pregnant

Today i absorb, peacefully. Today, i just day dream of all to come. I can't stop smiling! I look at all my pictures, safely tucked away of my days of carrying my little sunshine, (your mommy), Casey Leigh. Today i will share with all of you snibbits of me, carrying her, heading to hospital to deliver,  to delivery, to holding n introducing MY baby girl (your mommy) to the world.

October 19th, Todays the day

Gammy is going crazy today, Can't eat, Can't sit still, checking my cell every second..... driving my friends crazy with my excitement, much love to you all for being ever so patient with psycho gammy!  The calls come in, Rachel n I sitting by the warm fire... waiting... waiting, and my cell rings, i say , " AH ITS CASEY!!!!!"  Time: 4:06pm     all i could say is " yesssss".  Casey tells me of all they did to her, (us moms know that so i will keep that to just us Mommy's), i said, " AND" , she laughs and said, " well mom, sorry to disappoint you"... gammy: " its a girl". Secretly i hoped for a boy, but hey i can do that, right?!   IS SHE HEALTHY?   "yes momma, she is perfect"  Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you!  Now i want to cry, but all i can do is smile! Welcome , welcome my precious littlest sunshine!

October 18th... day before 2nd ultra sound

22 weeks!

The nerves are mounting, the thoughts in my head. Casey and I texting back and forth like banshees, " TOMORROW we find out boy or girl" , " dawww, i just remembered that the ultra sound is the last part of my appointment"  The suspense is driving me to INSANE. So ready and excited to hear who you are my littlest sunshine, but gammy has the most important reason for wanting that ultra sound and appt. to come NOW... are you healthy. I shall and did wait, with only driving all around me a bit crazy.

Sunday, October 16th

First time seeing my baby girl pregnant!!!!!!  Being so far apart, all i could do was touch the screen, oh how i wanted to jump through the screen and just hold them both. What an emotional day  (22 weeks!)

The day i heard the news

I received a text from my beautiful precious daughter Casey Leigh, (your mommy), " I have a picture to send you first, and don't cry like Alex ( her big sister, your Auntie)" Well, so much for that! I received the first picture of you my precious grand baby! That was Saturday, October 8th!
