 Old clay pot, scrubbed her clean!

 Good ole modge podge and printed off photo's on regular printer paper! Thin layer, and next time make sure all the wrinkles are out.... but kinda like it! 2 thin coats brushed over top!!!

 Some yarn had sitting around! And the handy glue gun! Just round and round we go!

Enjoying a day off from work today, yes this gammy still has to make the bacon! Still learning and coming up with ways to turn ordinary things into AWESOME things since our precious Ava came along.... well, my mind is racing with all the neat things i can make for my daughter and the precious gift her and Vince gave us all! On to the next project that is all dried and ready for the final touches!!!!!

Into her second month....

Ava is into her second month of blessing our lives and thriving! She has now learned how to voice herself and smiling all the time!!!!! Growing and changing features daily it seems by my daily pictures i receive via my cell! I got all excited over "chunky legs" and hair bows!  Keep talking to us littlest one....

Today you turned a month old... YAY I hope you and Mommy and Daddy had a great day sweetie! We all love you.

Patience...

Today it has been 2 days since receiving a picture via my cell of my littlest sunshine... not complaining, just sharing my feelings on what its like to be so far from my grand daughter. Families use to live side by side back in the day it seems, now.... we are scattered like the wind.  We live through our facebook accounts, emails, i pads and cells... how nice it would be to get in my car and just take a few mile drive and see my precious.  Today her daddy is off work, and mommy and daddy are surely spending quality time together with my precious grand daughter! I will be content and happy with that! Hope you are all having a wonderful day!

Gammy's creative juices......

Good morning fellow Grammy's.... I have always been told,  " just wait until she is here", OH how right you all were/are! I cannot go into a store without be-lining it right to the baby section of every door i enter! I find myself searching the web for unique clothing ideas, patterns, colors, designs of every creation made known to mankind for my little sunshine! Today it is books, yesterday Easter decor and projects! I even find myself taking pictures of beginning and ends to projects, why.... well i ask, why not! Wishing all Gammy's, Grandma's, Gamma's alike, happiness, fun and all the joys possible!
